- Payment
- PayPal or cash-on-delivery can be used for deliveries within Japan. Customers ordering from overseas must pay by PayPal.
* Cash-on-delivery will only be accepted for items delivered within Japan.
PayPal: Products purchased with the use of PayPal will be shipped within five working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery costs vary in accordance with the cost of the products purchased and the overall quantity, so check for further details before placing your order.
Cash-on-Delivery: Products purchased with the use of cash-on-delivery will be shipped within five working days. You will be required to pay the cost of the items purchased and the cost of delivery when your order is delivered. We will cover all proxy handling charges involved.
- Deliveries
Orders will be delivered by Yamato Transport in Japan and international mail (EMS) for overseas nations.
Cost of Deliveries in Japan: Fixed rates will be charged throughout the entire country dependent on the cost of the products purchased.
Less than 10,000JPY: 1,500JPY
10,000JPY to less than 20,000JPY: 1,000JPY
20,000JPY to less than 30,000JPY: 500JPY
More than 30,000JPY: Free of charge (cost covered by HOPE)
A fixed rate of 1,500JPY for deliveries to Okinawa.
Cost of Overseas Deliveries: Delivery costs vary in accordance with the cost of the products purchased and the overall quantity (weight of product x quantity), so check the Japan Post international mail (Express Mail Service: EMS) price list.

- Items Returned or Replaced
Items may be returned or replaced within seven days of delivery. Note that we cannot accept items for return or replacement eight days or later after delivery as a basic principle. We apologize for the inconvenience, but make sure you contact us by telephone or e-mail before this.
* In event of the wrong order being sent out, the products being delivered with missing parts, or the products being defective or otherwise damaged due to reasons attributable to HOPE, the cost of replacing them together with the cost of return delivery and replacement delivery will be covered by HOPE.
* Items sent to us for return or replacement at the whim of the customer cannot be accepted as a basic principle. However, these will be accepted if the packaging remains unopened and the cost of return in incurred by the customer.
